The facility offers support from preparation to observation of samples in microscopy. For this, the platform has 4 microscopy techniques: a scanning electron microscope, a transmission electron microscope, a confocal microscope and an atomic force microscope.

The samples must be prepared according to protocols provided by the platform. It is desirable that the researcher be present during the observation.
