The group has focused its research on the study of three main power groups: the elites that control municipal governments; the clergy; and the merchants. The results have been reflected in multiple publications. During its history, it has collaborated with certain companies that sought advice on historical issues. And, among his fruitful activity, we must point out the development of works of compilation and cataloguing of documentary sources, especially deeds of notary protocols.
