Short description of shared resource
The microscopy facility of ABC-Ri is composed of several microscopy technologies from high and low throughput widefield fluorescent microscopy (Zeiss Imager Z2, Andor BC43, Zeiss AxioScan7), scanning (Zeiss LSM990) and spinning disk confocal (Andor BC43) microscopy. The unit also has high capacity bioimage analysis workstations harbouring the image analysis software FIJI, IMARIS 9.12 and ARIVIS.
