A gas chromatograph/tandem mass spectrometer (8890GC - 7000D GC / TQ, Agilent) is an instrument that can be used to determine the composition (profile) and quantity of different analytes in different samples. Typical applications of this system are in the field of pharmaceutical analysis, analysis of food and beverages, cosmetic products, analysis in ecology and environmental protection, and scientific research.
