Mechanical Engineer (1993), PhD in Industrial Engineering (2000), assistant professor in the area of Thermal Machines and Motors and head of the Thermal Engineering research group (2004). His research activity is focused on the field of Energy Engineering, specifically in the modelling and simulation of buildings and their thermal installations. He is co-author of 21 articles in scientific journals indexed in the JCR and 43 articles in national and international congresses. Main researcher in 32 projects and technology transfer contracts. It is worth highlighting his active participation in the development of energy regulations in Spain (Royal Decree 47/2007 and 235/2013).
