Technology Expertise

The Group has a clear vocation to develop its research work in the field of Administrative Law, in all the sectors in which it is applicable and in its various expressions. The first of these perspectives can be contrasted by simply reading its lines of research, which we intend to continue developing in the future. With regard to the second, we intend to maintain and increase our activity, specifically in the following areas in which the Group has already made noteworthy contributions  
- Publications with indications of quality (monographs, collective books, articles in indexed journals)
- Execution of R+D+i Research Projects
- Conferences given and organization and participation in Congresses
- Execution of agreements and contracts
- Research stays
- Direction of doctoral theses
- International Projection

As strengths of the Group, and with regard to its organization or composition, there are researchers with permanent links to the University of Cadiz, all doctors, and two researchers with recent contracts, who have joined the Group and are preparing their doctoral theses. The Group also includes, as collaborators, two professionals who, in addition, have a research profile and have the degree of Doctor. In relation to the research activity, the different members of the Group have already made contributions in relation to all the lines of research of the Group, and this has been done in its different aspects, so it can be said that it is a consolidated Group.
Some of its most recent activities to be highlighted in this brief, in the different areas of research activity, are the following:

1.    It is an original work. In Spain there was no work that addressed the Administration's obligation to resolve from this perspective.
2.    The rigour of the treatment and the methodology used is clear: the work has 167 footnotes distributed in the 165 pages of the book.
3.    It provides knowledge and conceptual and analytical tools, offering solutions to problems of interpretation of the current regime.
4.    The Tirant lo Blanch publishing house is a reference among those specifically dedicated to legal publications: in Scholary Publishers Indicator (http://ilia.cchs.csic.es/SPI/prestigio_sectores_2018_2.php?materia=Dere…) of the 36 Spanish publishing houses, it is in second place, with an ICEE of 766.

1.    It is an original work. In Spain there was no work that dealt with the right of access in a monographic way.
2.    The rigour of the treatment and the methodology used is clear: the work has 1078 footnotes distributed over the 407 pages of the book.
3.    It provides knowledge and conceptual and analytical tools from other legal systems, such as the Italian and French ones, seeking new interpretations and/or proposing reforms or adaptations of the current regime.
4.    The Aranzadi publishing house is a reference among those specifically dedicated to legal publications: in Scholary Publishers Indicator (http://ilia.cchs.csic.es/SPI/prestigio_sectores_2018_2.php?materia=Dere…) of the 36 Spanish publishing houses, it is in 1st place, with an ICEE of 836.
