Structural studies of glycans and glycoconjugates isolated from various natural sources: gram negative bacteria, gram positive bacteria, fungi, plants and human tissues.

Using spectroscopic methods (NMR and MS), chromatographic techniques (GC-MS, HPLC, GPC) and chemical analyses.
