Short description of shared resource

The fractional-technical plant for the production of biodiesel from rapeseed oil consists of a main reactor, scrubbers, separators and a reactivation unit. The installation with the methanol treatment and recovery system is made of acid-resistant steel.

The biogas production equipment includes a fermenter with a capacity of 30 L, a preparation tank, a system for purifying biogas from carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide through amine washing and a drying column. The installation enables the production of biogas in the process of methane biomass fermentation and the production of bioethanol. The process flow is controlled automatically by means of a PLC and a computer.
