Potential application

Potential application

The MT200 Picoquant confocal fluorescence microscope provides time-resolved fluorescence measurements using 375, 405, 440, 470, 640 nm LDH laser diodes as the excitation source. The microscope enables investigation of photophysical properties using FLIM, FCS, FCCS, FLCS and anisotropy and TRES measurements.
