Short description of shared resource

The laboratory includes a gamma radiation spectrometer with a germanium HPGe detector and a Tricarb Liquid Scintillation Counter - beta and alpha spectrometer with a liquid scintillator - for measuring samples dissolved in a liquid scintillator. The equipment enables the measurement of high resolution gamma radiation spectra and the analysis of environmental samples for the presence of beta and alpha emitters, as well as the measurement of beta activity.
