Potential application

Analysis of objects of various sizes (from tissue sections through eukaryotic and bacterial cells to individual cell organelles and nucleic acids). Reconstruction of the image of the analyzed object based on the intensity of the emitted fluorescence light, including 3D reconstruction. Locating the object of interest at low magnification then further imaging it at high resolution (up to 120 nm). In vivo measurement and imaging of the tested biological material. Characterization of the dynamics of processes (measurements over time), e.g. analysis of changes resulting from the influence of active substances.
