Short description of shared resource

The SynNanoVect core facility proposes synthetic nanocarriers efficient both in vitro and in vivo for the delivery of nucleic acids and therapeutic biomolecules. The platform offers also a device for characterization of lipidic and/or polymeric nanocomplexes and their physico-chemical properties, as well as facilities of liposomes formulation by microfluidics and release kinetics of active principles. It also offers an imaging system of small animals by bioluminescence and fluorescence, as well as equipment to evaluate the formulation’s tolerance and a fleet of electroporators.

The platform is a shared resource between 3 universities: Brest - Rennes - Angers
