A stand-alone simulator integrated with the old Wartsila simulator provides a complete virtual view of the engine room operation. It provides a realistic ship-like environment based on actual hardware consoles and high-quality 3D presentation. It is also used to observe the crew's behaviour in normal working conditions, complex situations and emergencies, critical conditions and the study of mutual interaction.
