Universal testing machine Shimadzu Autograph AGX-V - A device that can test materials with controlled axial tension or compression force up to 250 kN. The strain of material is tracked using automatic extensometer. The sample can be tested at atmospheric temperatures or at high temperatures (up to 1000°C).
Thermal imager Flir 1020sc – Portable device used for measuring and visualising thermal radiation images. Detector is focal plane array uncooled microbolometer. Field of view is 28° x 21°. Resolution if the imager is 1024 x 768 px. Thermal sensitivity of the device is less than 20 mK at 30°C. The device can record data full frame at 30Hz or reduced resolution at 240Hz.
