Promoting research applied to advancing and implementing techniques and optimization strategies, within a circular economy framework for the sustainable use and valuation of biological, material, and energy resources. Dedicated to the development of novel treatments, processes, and solutions, following an interdisciplinary approach to systems waste reduction and valuation, recovery of water resources, renewable energy production and maximization of resource efficiency.
