The Work Resilience Lab is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research on the psychological well-being of employees in the context of contemporary labor market challenges. The Lab explores how resilience can be cultivated at the individual, team, and organizational levels, with a focus on the role of leadership, changing work environments, and employment precarity.

The interdisciplinary research group Knowledge, management and organization in a Nordic context has expertise in organizational sociology, organizational psychology and leadership.

Working life is constantly changing. In addition to an increase in knowledge-intensive occupations, one can see that the Nordic countries are undergoing a transformation where the "gig economy" is challenging the Nordic model in increased number of sectors.
