The Work Resilience Lab is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research on the psychological well-being of employees in the context of contemporary labor market challenges. Our aim is to generate evidence-based insights that support the development of healthier, more adaptive workplaces while informing interventions, policies, and leadership practices that promote sustainable employee well-being and professional growth.
