The research activity focuses on: 1) Anthropometric assessment of nutritional status. 2) Analysis using nutritional software of the composition of the diet. 3) Assessment and personalized calculation of nutritional needs and diets. 4) Assessment of body composition using bioimpedance. 5) Analysis of the basal metabolic rate by indirect calorimetry, 6) Nutritional education. 7) Use of e-Health and m-Health applied in prevention and treatment.
