Sara Pugliese is Associate Professor of EU Law at the “Parthenope” University of Naples. She has authored articles and contributions concerning several issues (EU environmental and cultural policy, EU defense policy, EU economic governance, EU agencies, protection of minorities, Special Economic Zones, joint procurements, EU energy policy) and the volume “Il rischio nel diritto dell’Unione europea tra principi di precauzione, proporzionalità e standardizzazione”. The Universidad de Jaén hosted her as an “Invited researcher” and within the Erasmus teaching mobility scheme. She has been invited to hold virtual lessons at the Politehnica University of Timisoara and was Visiting Professor at Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń. She has lectured on several degree and postgraduate courses at her university. She has also participated in numerous research projects, conferences, and editorial boards.
