Fashion Art and Food Innovation Lab

The "Fashion Art and Food Innovation Lab" is a Lab of Business and Economics Department. Active since 2021, the Lab aims to analyze the creative and innovative contaminations and the management similarities of fashion, art, food and tourism ( and further businesses closely connected to them) firms, characterized by high levels of creativity, innovation, quality and internationalisation. The Lab, in connection to the territories and the value chains, supports firms in the transition towards: collaborative and proactive business models, international markets competition, technological innovation and the promotion of creativity.
