Composition of Joint Unit of Research, if relevant

The LEGO laboratory brings together researchers in economics and management sciences in western Brittany, from Vannes to Brest. It was created in January 2017 and operates under the triple supervision of UBO - Université de Bretagne Occidentale, UBS - Université de Bretagne Sud and IMTA - Institut Mines Telecom Atlantique.

Short description of research profile

LEGO is a university research laboratory supported by two universities (Université de Bretagne Occidentale and Université de Bretagne Sud) and an engineering school (Institut des Mines Telecom Atlantique).

It focuses mainly on the study and analysis of exchanges between socio-economic actors. Researchers rely on multidisciplinary skills from Economics, Management and Management Sciences.

The Laboratory is structured around four areas of expertise (https://www.labo-lego.fr/labolego/):

- Sustainable practices and nutrition

- Governance and organizational resilience

- Health and Wellness

LEGO cooperates with national organizations, public authorities from Brittany, local companies and associations.

SOLENN : https://www.aloen.fr/nos-actions/solenn Solenn project has allowed to better understand: The functioning of the networked meter Data and how  it can be used to benefit inhabitants Rights and obligations of everyone with regard to energy data.
 ALIMDURABLE : https://www.labo-lego.fr/alimdurable/ This research aims to build tools to evaluate the diffusion of virtuous food practices ( from an environmental perspective) among consumers, and how digital technologies can support this diffusion throughout a country.
Chair « Resilience and leadership » : https://www.ecole-navale.fr/index.php/chaire-resilience The objective is to improve the knowledge of the resilience from the perspective of leadership, as organizations are experiencing these management and human problematics. It must allow to build tools for organizations and to identify favorable factors for resilience.
 CONSOCO : This research is about collaborative consumption. The aim is to collect survey data, which should allow to understand users’ motivations and representations. Results will provide a faithful picture to know the reality of these consumer behaviors.
COAGUL : This project is about the study of online autonomous communities, the conditions of their emergence and structuring, and how they are connected with work arrangements implemented by organizations.
