Degree in Literature and Philosophy. Classical, University of Naples “Federico II”, Degree thesis in Geography on “Urban Marketing”, PhD in Geography at the University of Catania, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy, XVI Cycle, with a thesis on "The city - enterprise. Territorial innovation policies and valorisation of local resources. The geographical approach to the Information Society”. She is a full professor at the Department of Economic and Legal Studies (DISEG) of the Parthenope University of Naples. Professor of Economic Geography and Tourism Geography. She is a member of the doctoral college in "Eurolanguages and specialist terminologies". His research favors studies on the effects of technological innovations, urban mobility, tourist flows and the economy of the sea.

Short description of research profile

The research topics essentially concern the effects of technological innovations, urban mobility, tourist flows and the economy of the sea. Other research topics concern sustainable development and the circular economy.
