The interdisciplinary research group Knowledge, organization and society has expertise in sociology, political science and economics

The public sector and academia have an important role to play for free thinking, ground-breaking innovations and sustainable development. The interdisciplinary research group Knowledge, organization and society has expertise in sociology, political science and economics. Special focus is on how knowledge and competence are understood, developed, disseminated and used, the social role and inner life of knowledge institutions, professional roles, reform processes in the public sector and the knowledge-intensive working life, as well as organization, management and social entrepreneurship. The group conducts research that supports the education in Human Resource Management and FSV's new master's in social analysis. Emphasis is placed on promoting national and international cooperation
