At the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split (PFST), undergraduate students of Maritime Nautics, Maritime Technology of Yachts and Marinas and Maritime Management acquire basic meteorological knowledge defined by the courses of Maritime Meteorology and Oceanology and Maritime Meteorology. The basic idea of this project is to install an automatic meteorological station (AMP) with basic sensors for measuring temperature, pressure and humidity, and wind direction and speed.
