Andrea Russo, has the PhD in Psychology at the Faculty of Maritime Studies at the University of Split, Croatia and teaches the following subjects: Psychosociology and Human Resources Management. She was born in 1968 and living in Split. The graduation in 1996 from the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo, (psychology, and pedagogy), and defense of the doctoral dissertation at 2011 at the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb in the scientific field: Public Health and Health Care, in the field of medicine: Occupational and Sports Medicine, with the topic: "Psychological abuse at the workplace - Development and validation of measuring instruments" opened to he many interesting opportunities. Since 1993. She is a Reality Psychotherapist and since 1999. the NLP European psychotherapist. The engagements as a national evaluator for “Child-Friendly Hospital / Maternity Hospital” in 1998., and as an expert working with victims of domestic violence since 2001. gave her a wider perspective and experience. Apart from English, which she fluently speaks, she also speaks Italian. She is very active and influential member of the comunity. Apart from academic improvement, she constantly works on herself as a teacher and psychologist, works as a court expert, and the president of NGO Healthy City from its foundation in 2000. The role of initiator of the Healthy City and the coordinator of projects implemented makes her an expert in NGO and project managing. The position of the president of the international congress Era of New Economy and New Occupations, organized within the Healthy City Association allowed her meeting experts, academy members from all over the world and shearing practice, knowledge, and experience within different fields.
Independently or as a co-author, she has written several scientific and professional papers published in journals in the country and abroad, as well as co-author of several books published.
She is a leader and/or collaborator in various prevention programs, training, and workshops. Participates in a significant number of projects, public forums, and media appearances to promote the idea and values of healthy communities and healthy workplaces.
A professional skipper is engaged in 16-20 weeks of uninterrupted work during the season, which requires exceptional psychological and physical effort, especially if we take into account the extremely demanding sleeping conditions in the absence of any life routine.

At the beginning and end of the survey, respondents will be measured using a BIA Tanita device and will use three questionnaires that respondents will complete on a weekly basis online.
